City Gospel Mission tackles the physical and spiritual needs of the urban community in the most meaningful way possible: by spending time with the broken and paying attention to their particular needs. This requires patience, perseverance, discernment, and trust in the redemptive work of God.

We imagine a future in which the lives of countless hurting men, women, and children are being renewed daily through life-changing, transforming relationships. We see entire churches being trained for urban ministry. We envision people without hope being restored to health and faith through residential recovery programs that address their deepest needs. We dream of broken, isolated people learning the power of community.
