Paul had nine years of experience as Executive Director of a homeless mission before following a passion for development to Cincinnati's City Gospel Mission. Since 2007 he has given leadership to the Development Team to connect God's people with the Mission's needs. Paul and his wife, Monica, have five children and live in Forest Park. |

Lucreta Bowman, Vice President and Director of Having the Courage to Change

(513) 345-1028Lucreta Bowman’s early years were full of pain, abuse, and addiction. She spent time in a mental hospital and state prison. Yet through divine grace and a dedication to healthy lifestyle decisions she was transformed. As the founding director of Having the Courage to Change, Lucreta inspires other women to recover from destructive life-controlling behaviors. Lucreta’s book, Breaking the Cycle of Self-Abuse, is now available for sale with all proceeds going to City Gospel Mission. |

A native of Cincinnati, Dave was born for the work he does at City Gospel Mission. He loves introducing people to the Mission and the exciting changes happening in the lives of our guests. As Ministry Advancement Director, Dave talks to people about how they can bring help and hope to the homeless, hurting, and poor. As a volunteer, donor, and now employee, Dave has been involved with City Gospel Mission for more than 12 years. |

(513) 345-1071Kevin is a recent graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and previously worked as a missionary for over ten years. In addition to serving as a chaplain on several college campuses, Kevin has ministered throughout Latin America and Europe. He is excited about his work as the Volunteer Manager, and loves seeing God provide for the many volunteer needs that the Mission has. Kevin and his wife, Joy, have two children.
